About Kyrsta Morehouse

Kyrsta Morehouse (she/her) is a neurodivergent, bisexual poet, activist, and celebrity makeup artist burrowed in Northeast Ohio. While this is her first book, Kyrsta has been published with presses and journals across the globe including: AntiHeroin Chic, Beyond Queer Words, Tealight Press, Poet’s Choice and more. Making quick work of her emerging poetry career, Kyrsta was selected to give the close-out performance at the 2022 International Bisexual Research Conference; and in 2023 she has been published in four separate poetry anthologies, including Beyond The Veil Press’ We Apologize For The Inconvenience. Through the excavation of her deepest emotions, poems are Kyrsta’s way of leaving guiding lights for others in need of reminding that they are not alone when they’re buried in the depths of their own darkness.
